A former CIO and senior manager in several public sector organizations, Richard is has experience at the local, state and federal levels. His consulting experience includes leading multiple enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations, software selection and technology strategic planning assignments. A former "Big 5" Senior Manager, he founded an managed a successful small firm before become an independent consultant.

Chuck is a former City Manager and senior level official in the United States Department of Commerce. As a City Manager he established a strong culture of accountability and leadership, developing teams of capable managers focused on results. As an Associate of the Azimuth Group, Chuck's focus is on strengthening organizational structures and improving operational practices of core service delivery activities.

Gail has served as a senior human resource professional in multiple organizations including two municipalities and one of the largest airport systems in the United States. She is expert in the full range of human capital programs, processes and services.

Wendy has extensive experience in the development of strategic plans and the design of strategic management systems. Her background and expertise includes supporting organizations in both the private and public sectors in such diverse industries as travel and airlines, telecommunications, information technology, and federal, state and local government.

As an analyst and consultant with a "Big Five" background, Kathy has extensive experience in the analysis of business processes in both administrative support and line operations. Her experiences and clients have spanned a full range of local government service programs and she has succeeded as both a consultant and an operational manager.

A 2009 graduate of Texas A&M University, Chris earned a BBA in Marketing, cum laude. He was a member of the highly select Mays Business School Fellows program, where he served as a Senior Coordinator. Chris was also an NCAA athlete, supporting A&M women's basketball as captain of the team's practice squad. As the firm's Marketing Associate, he is responsible for the identification of client needs and opportunities and for the mangement of our social media presence.
