Chief Building Official The City of Dallas, Texas is seeking an innovative and energetic leader to assume responsibility for the management of the Building Inspections Division within the Sustainable Development and Construction Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in development and construction, a working knowledge of the ICC codes and 10 plus years of experience in municipal codes administration, including five years in supervision or management. A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business or public administration, along with licensure as a Professional Engineer or Architect, is preferred.
